CO2 XPS Foamed Board Production Line

    The compressive strength and impact resistance of XPS board foamed by CO2 are significantly improved compared with traditional Freon foaming production because of bubble density increased, so the bulk density of board can be controlled at 26-35KG/m3. According to the different types and the thickness of XPS and the compressive strength can reach 150 ~ 500Kpa or more, but the cost is only 1/20 of the Freon blowing agent, so CO2 foaming line has considerable economic effect. This kind plastic extruded board can withstand the ground load of the all kind system which can be widely used in building insulation, Geothermal Engineering, highway, square ground, large areas of cold storage and car decoration insulation.

    XPS foamed board production line is not only reduces the negative effects on the environment by traditional Freon blowing agent, but also reduce the production cost effectively, which is an important direction for future development of wall insulation materials.
